We had an enjoyable stay in this city hotel during our recent visit. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities required. It was great to have a central location, with easy access to public transportation and local restaurants. We especially appreciated the nearby famous landmark, which was only a short walk away. It was a nice touch to have a microwave and kitchen sink in the room for us to use.

The check-in process was a bit confusing as we had to coordinate with the owner, but it ended up being fairly smooth. It would have been helpful to have a reception area or counter to check in and ask questions in person, rather than via technology.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, even providing extra amenities like pillows and bed linens. The apartment itself was also very spacious and modern, with a well-equipped kitchen and a large, clean bathroom.

Despite the air-conditioning being slow, the room is comfortable, with clean beds and basic facilities available.

The level of cleanliness needs to be improved. The floors are often dirty and dusty, and the bathroom could be better maintained.

The location of the accommodation is ideal as it is walking distance from several local attractions. We liked that the kitchen was well-equipped with modern facilities and appliances. the service provided by the staff was prompt and efficient which we found to be very helpful.

Although the rooms were comfortable, some of them were not maintained well. We disliked the bad smell of the towels and the lack of toilet rolls in some rooms.
